Provide technical assistance to state governments for quality training and workshop execution under Family Planning (FP) programs.
Support technical updates and adoption of new technologies for the FP division of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
Monitor FP program implementation across states, including budget expenditure patterns and corrective actions.
Generate high-quality analyzed data and reports for review meetings, annual reports, and action plans.
Appraise and strengthen the FP component of state Program Implementation Plans (PIPs) under NHM, ensuring timely revisions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with states, training institutions, and medical colleges for effective program monitoring.
Conduct performance assessments of post-training support systems for trained service providers.
Perform periodic field visits to states/districts/facilities for on-site data verification, supportive supervision, and progress monitoring.
Prepare detailed reports on field visits and recommend corrective actions to state/UT authorities.
Collaborate with management and field staff to ensure seamless program execution under deadlines.
โœ… Eligibility Criteria
MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS/BPT with MD/MPH/MHA/Post Graduate Diploma in Health Management/MBA in Health Management.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in public health, including 2-3 years in Reproductive and Child Health (RCH) at national or state government levels.
Preference for candidates with experience in NHM/RCH at national or state levels.
Familiarity with the Indian Health System, key stakeholders, and government policies, particularly the National Health Mission (NHM).
Strong critical analysis and report writing skills.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to collaborate with management and field staff under pressure.
Willingness and ability to undertake extensive travel for field visits.
Relaxation of formal qualifications possible for candidates with high-quality published work or relevant experience.
