OR M.Sc. in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Energy Science, or allied disciplines with a valid NET/GATE/JEST/INSPIRE qualification or listed on ISROโ€™s Research Fellowships webpage.
Minimum 60% aggregate marks in all semesters or CGPA/CPI of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or equivalent).
