- Recruitment for 2 high-level civil domain positions in Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL).

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Government-recognized university or institute.
- Minimum 21 years of post-qualification experience for General Manager (including 7 years in relevant field).
- Minimum 18 years of post-qualification experience for Additional General Manager (including 7 years in relevant field).
- Preference for candidates with experience in Metro/Railways/RRTS/High Speed Railway Infrastructure projects.
- Experience in underground transport tunnels, stations, and cross passages using TBM/NATM/Cut & Cover methods is preferred.
- Candidates must be well-versed in project life cycle activities such as DPR preparation, planning, design, estimation, tendering, construction monitoring, and project management.
- For deputation/contract: Must be in IDA pay scale of ₹1,20,000-2,80,000 (GM) or ₹1,00,000-2,60,000 (AGM) or equivalent CDA Pay Matrix Level.
- For re-employment: Must have retired from or be working in IDA pay scale of ₹1,20,000-2,80,000 (GM) or ₹1,00,000-2,60,000 (AGM) or equivalent CDA Pay Matrix Level.

- Shortlisting based on relevant Metro experience and seniority in the desired pay scale.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview (online/offline mode).
- Candidates must bring original documents, testimonials, and experience certificates to the interview.
- Management reserves the right to conduct a written test if required.
- Final selection decision by the Selection Committee is final and binding.
- Reimbursement of train fare (as per MPMRCL policy) for offline interviews.
