- Temporary contractual position for overseeing animal welfare in a CCSEA-approved laboratory setting.
- Responsible for diagnosing, treating, and maintaining health records of laboratory animals.
- Provides veterinary expertise for preclinical studies, including surgical procedures and anesthesia monitoring.
- Ensures strict adherence to CCSEA guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Trains and guides animal house staff on proper animal handling, welfare, and ethical practices.
- Monitors implementation of SOPs for animal care, handling, and facility maintenance.
- Prepares reports on animal health, facility operations, and regulatory compliance.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) is mandatory.
- Master’s degree (MVSc) in Veterinary Science is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a CCSEA-approved animal house.
- Comprehensive understanding of CCSEA guidelines, ethical standards, and compliance requirements.
- Must possess a valid veterinary license recognized in India.
- Candidates must be citizens of India. Migrants from Pakistan require a certificate of eligibility from the Government of India.
