Recruitment for contract-based positions under the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) to support Scheduled Castes Development Department (SCDD) activities in Kerala.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

State Programme Manager: Master's Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Rural Development, Management, Economics, or related fields (Ph.D. desirable). Minimum 5 years of senior programme management experience in PMU, PSU, Government Department, or development sector.
State Level Coordinators: Master's Degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating and monitoring Government/development programmes.
District Coordinators: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Arts, Commerce, or Management. Minimum 1 year of experience in field-level implementation of development programmes.
Age limits vary by post: State Programme Manager (up to 40 years), State Level Coordinators (up to 35 years), District Coordinators (up to 30 years) as of 01/07/2026.
Selection committee may relax qualification or age criteria based on relevant experience.
